Lean Leaf is a completely virtual weight loss clinic that was founded in 2022. Lean Leaf serves patients by offering compounded weight loss medications to those residing in Oklahoma and Texas. Since opening, Lean Leaf has served over 1.3K patients.

Lean Leaf is locally owned and operated in Oklahoma. However, due to overwhelming demand, we have now expanded our practice to include Texas! We feel very blessed for this growth and look forward to continuing to help our patients look and feel their best.
Augustine Pham PA-C
Augustine Pham is an NCCPA Board Certified Physician Assistant with nearly a decade of clinical experience. Augustine graduated from the University of Oklahoma’s Physician Assistant Program in 2014 and has been with Lean Leaf since its fruition in 2022.
He resides in Oklahoma City with his wife and their three dogs. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, helping rescue animals and exercising.

Augustine has helped over 1.3K Lean Leaf patients meet their weight loss goals. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping his patients achieve healthy and sustainable weight loss.
