Diet

Listen, all of the diets work, however the best diet is the one you can stick with. We recommend intermittent fasting coupled with a low carb diet. The simplest way to implement intermittent fasting into your life is to choose a 6-8 hour eating window that works best for you. The most common  eating window is 11 am- 7pm (meaning you will fast all other hours). 

Meals should consist of dividing your plate into 1/2 protein, 1/4 non-starchy vegetables (such as broccoli, cucumbers, peppers & brussel sprouts) , 1/4 starchy vegetables (such as corn, potatoes & squash). Click here for more healthy meal examples!

Consume no more than 30 grams of sugar a day. This means limiting sodas, energy drinks & juices!

Aim to drink half of your body weight in ounces of water per day (meaning if you weigh 100 lbs. aim to drink 50 ounces of water per day!). Black coffee, tea with no additives, and bone broth are also great options - they can even suppress your appetite!

Exercise

We recommend light full body exercise every other day. Perform 2 minutes of each exercise. Modify as needed to perform the exercises safely. You can split up the exercises throughout the day.

Don't underestimate the power of walking! Aim to walk ten thousand steps per day. Park at the back of the parking lot, take the stairs instead of the elevator- small changes can make a BIG difference in your health!
