Why was I charged but didn't get a 2nd vial for cycle 2?For new patients who have never been on Semaglutide before we send two months of medication in the first vial. We find that there are a few patients who don’t respond to the lowest dose. They had to wait 4 weeks before they could move up. During that time, they don’t lose any weight & are frustrated. To resolve this, we send 2 cycles' worth of medication in the first vial. That way, you can move up at any time. But if you don't increase the dose in the first cycle, you won't get a second vial. Because you already have two months' worth. Payment is still set to come out every 4 weeks. If in the first 4 week cycle you find that this program is not for you, you can cancel & you will not be charged for the 2nd vial. If you cancel the first month you can't sign up for 6 months.

Why doesn't my amount of payments match the number of vials?$225 pays for 4 weeks of medication. Patients often build a tolerance to the medication midway through the cycle and may feel frustrated waiting for their next vial, especially on low doses. To address this, we sometimes send a little extra to allow for a dose increase mid-cycle. Keep in mind that this means you may not receive another vial with your next payment if you still have enough medication. This means that for some patients the number of vials and the number of payments won't match. If this happens, you always have the option to request a vial for each payment, keep in mind, you won't be able to adjust your dose mid-cycle. There's no minimum subscription period or cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime without any issues or hidden fees. However, if you have one months worth of extra medication when you cancel, you won't be able to re-subscribe for 6 months to prevent misuse of the program.
