You just have to wait it out for 30minutes to 45minutes after the initial hunger. You can drink green tea(can suppress your appetite), black coffee(can suppress appetite), bone broth if you need to drink something to fill you up. Make sure there are no additives such as sugar. and don't forget to take advantage of sleep as part of your fasting period!
